The shallow beach, flanked by black pine trees, offers easier swimming opportunities and is covered with fine silver sand brought in by the calmness of Deungnyangman Bay.This beach has beautiful sunsets, and a mudflat where visitors can dig for clams and collect shells. Nearby restaurants welcome visitors year round with local hospitality. The calm ocean surface reflects visitors’ beautiful smiles, and fresh seafood from the clean sea is available all year.
Yulpo Seawater Green Tea Center is located right next to Yulpo Solbat (Pine Tree) Beach. The seawater is collected from 120m underground bedrock before being mixed with Boseong teas for visitors to enjoy a complete rest in Korea’s only green tea and seawater bath. The seawater bath is good for high blood pressure, arteriosclerosis, arthritis, neuralgia, dry skin protection, and skin trouble prevention and the ocean scenery is soothing.
